Store Policies
Holds: Any item in the store may be put on "hold" for a period of three (3) days at no charge. Back up holds are available for those who wish to reserve next in line status.
Returns: All returns must be accompanied with a sales slip. All items may be returned for a full cash refund for a period of seven (7) days after purchase. No Exceptions
Storage: All sold items may remain in the store, free of charge, for a period of seven (7) days from purchase. Sold items that remain in the store for longer than seven (7) days will be charged a $3.00 per day storage fee. Sold items that remain in the store for six (6) months will become the property of Vermont Salvage.
Shipping & Deliveries
We deliver throughout the Northeast and can handle the shipping arrangements for any item to be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. Estimates for delivery and shipping and handling are available upon request.
Payment Options
We accept personal checks with address and phone number. We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards. Will consider trades and of course cash is accepted. To purchase an item seen online please call the store during business hours.
Looking to Sell?
Vermont Salvage's inventory is unique and in most cases one-of-a-kind, as a result we cannot simply order our items online. We are always on the hunt for more salvage. If you, or someone you know, have items that you think Vermont Salvage would be interested in please email pictures, measurements and your location to help@vermontsalvage.com.
We work with everyone from homeowners to contractors to demolition companies. No job is too small or big for consideration. Vermont Salvage offers to do pick ups, clean outs and the physical removal of items. Vermont Salvage is fully insured.
