Customer Care FAQs
HOLDS:
Any item in the store may be put on "hold" for a period of three (3) days at no charge. Back up holds are available for those who wish to reserve next in line status.
RETURNS:
All returns must be accompanied with a sales slip. All items may be returned for a full cash refund for a period of seven (7) days after purchase.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
STORAGE:
All sold items may remain in the store, free of charge, for a period of seven (7) days from purchase. Sold items that remain in the store for longer than seven (7) days will be charged a $3.00 per day storage fee. Sold items that remain in the store for six (6) months will become the property of Vermont Salvage.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We love cash! We accept personal checks with address and phone number. We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards. We'll consider trades.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We deliver throughout the Northeast and will handle the shipping arrangements for any item to be shipped anywhere within the continental United States. Estimates for shipping and handling are available upon request.
